# 잠자리와 풀잎

19세기 말 메이지 시대에 고노 바이레이가 제작한 이 화조화 목판화는 가늘고 곧게 뻗은 풀잎 위에 가만히 내려앉은 잠자리의 고요한 풍경을 절제된 선율과 담백한 색채로 담아낸 작품입니다. 여백의 미가 돋보이는 화면 속 초록빛 줄기의 결은 마음속 복잡한 상념을 맑게 비워내며 차분한 정서적 안정을 선사합니다.
